    Senator Blair moved to amend the amendment on page twelve, section twenty-two-b, after line fourteen, by adding a new subsection, designated subsection (g), and the words “(g) Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, any funds expended pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be exempt the provisions of Article 5A of Chapter 21 of this code; in lieu thereof, wages for public improvements funded through the expenditure of funds as provided for in this Chapter shall be based upon wage data for the State of West Virginia as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics”.
